Divisional Headquarters, Barrack Street, Perth (Click for map) Divisional Police Headquarters in Barrack Street, Perth is the base for the Western Division command team. The Divisional Commander is Chief Superintendent Matt Hamilton. He is assisted by Superintendent Craig Suttie who is in charge of operational activity within the division and Chief Inspector Jim Leslie who is responsible for support functions. Detective Chief Inspector Bruce Kerr is in charge of the Criminal Investigation Department.
